I talked to Steve directly through emails about a 2010 Dodge Journey. He asked questioned, saw what I needed and helped me get what I wanted for the price I needed. He was upfront and honest, and when I was looking at another dealership, actually told me that car was a better deal. He also gave me advice on what to ask the other seller. Turns out the other car was a bust, and I found it out thanks to Steves help! He also told me where I could get a DVD player put in the car for cheaper!! What an honest guy! He had to go to a Sports Ministries meeting at the time we were coming to Hickory to test drive so Doug helped us out. Antone helped us in fiance and even told us our bank could get us a cheaper morgage on our house since he banks with the same!! Who knew.... you go in to buy a car and you get advice on morgages too! AWESOME business.. we won't need a car for a while since we love our new journey.. but when we do need one we will be back at Steve White!

MY SALES REP JAMES WEST, WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SEE THAT I RECIEVED THE BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED. I ORIGINALLY WANTED A 2 DR, BUT WHEN HE REALIZED I HAD A 18MO OLD LITTLE GIRL, HE SUGGESTED I GO WITH A 4 DR. I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY DECISION. ALSO, MARK COUCH, HANDLED ALL MY PAPERWORK, AND HE WAS TRULY A PROFESSIONAL. HE WENT OVER ALL THE WARRANTY DETAILS, AND SHOWED HOW HE COULD KEEP ME AND MY VEHICLE PROTECTED FOR YEARS TO COME. I WILL DEFINATELY BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE FROM STEVE WHITE MOTORS OF HICKORY.
